Urban AcroYoga Retreat

Urban AcroYoga Intensives in Berlin

with Lucie & Jeppe

7th to 10th of April & 17th to 20th of November 2016

Join a 3 days Urban AcroYoga Retreat in Berlin and let your acroyoga practice be challenged in depth and moved to new heights.

We gonna wake up with yoga practice and dedicate the rest of the morning and afternoon to the Solar part of AcroYoga.

This will allow us to go deep into advanced flows and to work with specific themes (eg. flowing with grace, popping softly, no hands flow, experimental/creative flows, etc.). With a specific focus for each class our ambition is to make sure that you feel the biggest transformation in your practice and not just a scratch in the surface!

Next to the solar practice we naturally also leave room for the more soft and restorative lunar practice. This will be explored in a mix of therapeutic flying and guided thai massage every afternoon to cool down the body and help you to digest the new movements.

Apart from the scheduled classes we invite all participants to join the evening activities. Here we will explore the opportunities and experiences a city like Berlin offers for movement lovers. (payment for this part is not included in the course fee)

will be announced.

Lucie Beyer
As a Yoga-, Acroyoga-teacher and passionate bodyworker Lucie teaches workshops, retreats and trainings all over the globe. She works with a playful and hands-on approach which is at the same time deeply rooted in the ancient Yoga traditions. Her work is based on the appreciation for a healthful, trusting togetherness everyone can develop their own potential from.

"The love for moving my body started with climbing on each tree I found. I was always running, dancing, massaging and cuddling with my friends. This passion for moving and healing arts lead me to different movement experiences like yoga, acrobatics, ballet, karate, aikido, capoeira and kalari. I just love to create a magic space, where people can come together to celebrate life and honor its beauty in all its abundant ways! AcroYoga is a perfect practice for that."

Jeppe Skovgaard loves to challenge existing dogmas about how to move and behave, be it in the yoga studio or the city landscape. He has been a parkour teacher for the past 5 years and is a dedicated slackline teacher and barefoot runner. In 2011 his world was turned upside down after encountering acroyoga in San Francisco. He is now fully energized around building, teaching and strengthening the community in Copenhagen, where he also lives and studies.

Since we want to make it affordable for everyone, we choosed a low price. Which also means:
This is not an exclusive 10 person retreat, it is an inclusive and abundant "big group - community retreat"

- Let´s celebrate togetherness.
